THE WRITER
Storytelling has been a big part of Lisa's life since childhood. The story goes, she would submerge herself in fictional fantasies until she started to write her own.
Lisa's debut feature script “Split Marriage”, a psychological thriller with an intoxicating and modern take on erotic dramas, was a Diverse Voices semi-finalist in 2018 and quickly optioned by Marvista Entertainment.
In 2020-21, during the pandemic, Lisa was busy staying creative writing and producing two shorts films. One was an emotional journey after the loss of her grandmother titled "The Altors", the film honored the life of her grandmother about a story of love in the after life. The other titled "The Wrong One" reveals the deadly outcome of a man after he takes the wrong woman out on a first date.
